Loaner Equipment Requirements
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to take full responsibility for the care, handling, and safekeeping of each loaned ultrasound transducer.
- Care for the equipment while in their possession.
- Safekeep the loaned equipment appropriately.
- Return the equipment in the same condition as received.
Liability for Damage or Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or necessary repairs while the equipment is in their possession.
Repair costs will be charged at market rates, as determined by Anchor Medical Solutions.
Usage Terms
Loaner equipment shall only be used for its intended medical purposes and in accordance with applicable manufacturer guidelines.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Loan Period
Each loaner must be returned within 5 business days after the customer receives their repaired unit, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Anchor Medical Solutions.
IMPORTANT
Timely Return of Equipment
Returning loaner equipment promptly allows Anchor Medical Solutions to continue supporting other healthcare facilities that may require temporary equipment.
